Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest point of the hip, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Widest part of the thigh, which varies per person.

Material is paper thin. Not a quality garment and certainly won’t keep you warm. Really cheap fabric and I’m really disappointed in this purchase.
