1 – CHEST
Measure straight around the fullest part of the chest, arms down.
2 – WAIST
Measure around the narrowest point.
3 – HIP
Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest point of the hip, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Widest part of the thigh, which varies per person.
Choosing the right size
In cases where your body measurements are between two sizes, go with the smaller size for a tighter fit and the larger size for a looser fit.

Comfortable and stylish
This was my first Mizuno purchase and I was glad I have done it! I wore it in my Tone and Pump class and it was so comfortable. It is a stable shoe that can be worn when doing weight training and has a good cushion for any functional training . I love the style and the colour. I am now thinking of getting it in a different colour way. The sale price is the best! One of my great purchases ever! ♥️

Love Mizunos!
Love mizunos. I never buy another brand of runners. I bought these as “fashion” shoes but let’s see how long that lasts. Super comfy and best supporting shoes I’ve ever owned. I have a high arch and wide foot and never go wrong with the Wave Rider. LOVE the new designs with these colours-look even better in person!
