Born and raised in Southern California, Rocky Barnes has a strong influence and love for fashion and travel striving to find balance in her busy lifestyle.
Often jet-setting and sometimes monthly to new picturesque locations, Rocky is always on the go therefore maintaining a healthy lifestyle is high in her day-to-day priorities. Rocky embraces an active routine by mixing it up between boxing, yoga or even hiking but as long as she is moving her body for her mind and energy that is all that matters.
Rocky grew up practicing Tae Kwon Do, a sport passed down through her family where her great grandfather and grandfather both practiced at elite levels in the sport. Following suite, Rocky trained and worked hard to get her black belt, and this is the story we wanted to tell, as many may not know this side to Rocky Barnes.
Training up to 3-4 hours a day in Tae Kwon Do when she was younger, Rocky has learnt the discipline and commitment to hard work and it translates to the career she has now. Rocky is always raw and transparent with her audience on her platform only working with brands that speak the same strong values, thus maintaining her authenticity.
