JAGGAD X RISE NATION

A great way to start a Wednesday hump day and bring an end to November, our JAGGAD team and guests enjoyed a morning of cardio and power with Australia’s first ‘climbing’ experience- Rise Nation.

 

Taking the USA by storm, this is the first studio of its kind to come down under and now take precedence in South Yarra, Melbourne Victoria.

 

As guests arrived they quickly got changed into our new Camouflage Collection that launched that day filled with hues of red, khaki, black and white. We were then fitted to our climbers to ensure correct technique, and then the fun began!

 

Rise Nation involves a full body 30-minute workout where the climbing movement utilises the bodies’ primal upright biomechanics, promoting healthy spinal alignment, a balanced physique and neuromuscular coordination.

 

Using the motion of opposite arm to opposite leg, this movement activated our muscles and got the heart rate up quickly. Going through different sequences in an up and down motion it was easy to get distracted by the music that was pumping teamed with flashing lights- this sure eased the feeling of lactic acid build up filling your quads and glutes.

 

As 30 minutes was up and the class finished a lot of us were covered in sweat and feeling the aftermath of endorphins from a tough workout.

Post workout treats refuelled our bodies from Real Food Organic and Prebiotic/ probiotic sparkling drinks from Kreol.

 

What a fun morning and great way to try and test out our new Camouflage Collection and in such style!
