At Jaggad we want to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase. In addition to your Consumer Guarantees, should you change your mind for any reason we will happily refund or exchange your purchase providing the following conditions have been met:
- The items are not designated "FINAL SALE" at time of purchase
- The items are returned within 30 days of receiving your order
- Items purchased between November 15 and December 27 have up to 60 days to be returned
- Items must be in original condition as purchased with no personalisation
- All original labels/tickets are attached
- Garments must not have been worn
Exchanges are permitted on variants of a similar in stock style subject to JAGGAD's discretion.
Any amount refunded will be the effective price paid when purchasing the garment excluding shipping. For items purchased as multi-buy or discounted bundle (eg 2 items for $200) the discount value will applied to each item on a pro-rata value basis across the entire order. For items received as a bonus or complimentary item, they must also be returned with the respective qualifying item or items in order for a full refund to be applied or instead a discretionary discount may be applied. FAULTY GOODS & ITEMS NOT AS DESCRIBED
The Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”) protects consumers by giving them certain guaranteed rights when they buy goods and services. How to Measure
1 – CHEST
Measure straight around the fullest part of the chest, arms down.
2 – WAIST
Measure around the narrowest point.
3 – HIP
Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest point of the hip, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
4 – THIGH
Widest part of the thigh, which varies per person.
Choosing the right size
In cases where your body measurements are between two sizes, go with the smaller size for a tighter fit and the larger size for a looser fit.
Bottom fit: If your body measurements for hip and waist result in two different suggested sizes, order the size from your hip measurement.
Top fit: If your body measurements for chest and waist result in two different suggested sizes, order the size from your chest measurement.

Our Flow Eco Sport Short, are not your ordinary shorts, made from JAGGAD's signature Eco Fabric. JAGGAD's Eco Collection consists of pieces that utilize a material or process that is more thoughtful for both humans and our planet. To achieve this, we've replaced the polyester content of our Signature High Support fabric with a recycled eco polyester, to keep the fit you love with a lower environmental impact. These shorts hold a new narrow waistband, as well as the elimination of seaming through the front rise, allowing for a cleaner finish. The fabric is light-weight, ultra soft, and 4-way stretchable and wrinkle-resistant. Combining a second skin fit, a high rise waist and dual pockets at either side, these shorts give you the freedom to move so you're good to go for whatever your workout throws at you.

Super comfy
They’re perfect length, I don’t like my shorts super short and I hate when they ride up but these ones are great, they stay. I have worn them running, to the gym and walking and not had any problems. Highly recommend.

Nice colour, waist doesn't roll
Love the colour of these shorts. Annoyingly I seem to be right between the M and L sizing - these shorts in M are very comfortable around waist and don't roll, but the legs do dig in slightly and ride up during strenuous exercise. I have other pieces in the L which are too big in the waist, so think I'm just a bit unlucky sizing-wise. Like the little black label on the back in rubber lettering - very cute.
