RETURNS
At Jaggad we want to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase. In addition to your Consumer Guarantees, should you change your mind for any reason we will happily refund or exchange your purchase providing the following conditions have been met:
- The items are not designated "FINAL SALE" at time of purchase
- The items are returned within 30 days of receiving your order
- Items purchased between November 15 and December 27 have up to 60 days to be returned
- Items must be in original condition as purchased with no personalisation
- All original labels/tickets are attached
- Garments must not have been worn
Exchanges are permitted on variants of a similar in stock style subject to JAGGAD's discretion.
Any amount refunded will be the effective price paid when purchasing the garment excluding delivery. For items purchased as multi-buy or discounted bundle (eg 2 items for $200) the discount value will applied to each item on a pro-rata value basis across the entire order. For items received as a bonus or complimentary item, they must also be returned with the respective qualifying item or items in order for a full refund to be applied or instead a discretionary discount may be applied. 1 – CHEST
Measure straight around the fullest part of the chest, arms down.
2 – WAIST
Measure around the narrowest point.
3 – HIP
Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest point of the hip, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Widest part of the thigh, which varies per person.
Choosing the right size
In cases where your body measurements are between two sizes, go with the smaller size for a tighter fit and the larger size for a looser fit.
Bottom fit: If your body measurements for hip and waist result in two different suggested sizes, order the size from your hip measurement.
